Nikon sponsored FINA world swimming championship

I was asked by Nikon to cover the the FINA world swimming championship hosted at Manchester Arena, Nikon were sponsoring the five day event and wanted me to provide some coverage for them. The 25m pool was installed specially, transforming the magnificent Arena for the five day event.  
Over the five days 17 new world records were set as well as several European and Championship records. The United States topped the medal table with 10 gold medals, but Great Britain took home the most medals overall, 24 in total.
